2023 Microelectronics Workforce Strategy Forum

Welcome to the 2023 Microelectronics Workforce Strategy Forum that revisits efforts made in 2021. We will continue the dialogue focused on the future of microelectronics workforce needs and challenges. Our goal this year is to revisit recommendations from 2021 and apply new knowledge for workforce development in the emerging field of microelectronics.

This event gathers representatives from academia, industry, and the government to promote policies and activities that increase the throughput and quality of students from high school through college for careers in microelectronics and related disciplines as well as supporting life-long learners interested in microelectronics.
