B-21 Raider: Training Systems Innovation Challenge

The Air Force invests years and millions of dollars to train pilots and maintainers at bases around the globe. The Air Force is interested in exploring ways to reduce the cost of training devices/methods and increasing the speed at which trainees can progress through pilot and maintainer training programs, while achieving proper retention of information. The future virtual training environment (VTE) for pilots and maintainers serves as the end-to-end content creation and delivery platform for the program. The VTE also allows third party content development through a variety of secure sandbox environments.
