High Power Electromagnetics (HPEM) Modeling and Effects BAA

This is a five (5) year Closed One-Step BAA with CALLs that will be utilized to solicit proposals for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Directed Energy Directorate (DE), High Power Electromagnetic Division (RDH), for research areas of interest for High Power Electromagnetics (HPEM) Modeling and Effects. This closed BAA approach allows for proposal submission at a specified date and time, which will be posted through the issuance of CALLs at various times against this BAA.

Space Symposium

Space Symposium, held at The Broadmoor and Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA, has brought together space leaders from around the world to discuss, address, and plan for the future of space since the inaugural event in 1984. AFRL INSPIRE – 2023

AFRL Inspire, a special event presented by the Air Force Research Laboratory, will be livestreamed from the Air Force Institute of Technology’s Kenney Hall on Thursday, Oct. 26, 2023.

Inspire is a recurring celebration that provides the passionate people of AFRL a platform to share personal stories and innovative ideas with their colleagues and the world through entertaining, thought-provoking talks.

Tech Showcase

The Technical Showcase event provides industry & academia the opportunity to showcase their cutting-edge technology to scientists from the Air Force Research Lab Munitions Directorate (AFRL/RW) and other Department of Defense research labs located throughout the country.

 WRIGHT DIALOGUE WITH INDUSTRY (WDI)

We are excited to announce that once again in 2023, Air Force Research Lab’s (AFRL) Wright Dialogue with Industry (WDI) and Life Cycle Management Center's (LCMC) Life Cycle Industry Days (LCID) will take place within the same week (31 July - 4 August). Both events will be co-hosted with Dayton Defense and both events will be hosted at the Dayton Convention Center. LCID and WDI will remain standalone events; we are combining the events in one week as to gain efficiencies in the sharing of information, collaboration and discussion.

2023 Hypersonic Technology & Systems Conference

HTSC’s emphasis is on systems and applied technology. This conference highlights the nation’s investments in systems integrated hypersonic technologies for both research and development and weapon platform integration for offense and defense. It brings together the best and brightest involved in the development and use of hypersonic technologies in a unique, limited-attendance forum which will facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration opportunities. This event is held at a restricted access level.
